Hi everyone,
Alright, I’m officially losing patience with these ants. They keep showing up in my kitchen no matter how much I clean. I wipe down counters, take out trash regularly, and I’ve even tried a couple sprays, but somehow they keep finding a way back in.
At first it was just a small trail near the sink, but now I’m seeing them around the pantry area too. I’m guessing there’s a bigger colony somewhere outside or maybe inside the walls.
Anyone else dealt with stubborn ants like this? What actually worked for you long-term? At this point I’m open to trying something different.
Been there. When ants get that persistent, it’s usually because the colony is nearby.
I had a similar issue and it turned out they were entering through a tiny gap near a window.
@EmmaClarke Same here. Sealing entry points made a big difference for me.
Baits worked better than sprays in my case.
Sprays sometimes just scatter them and they come back later.
Check behind appliances too. I found a trail behind my fridge.
@NoraLane That’s exactly where mine were coming from.
Cleaning helps, but finding the entry route is the key part.
Also check outside near the foundation of the house.
Once I switched to bait and sealed a few cracks, the problem finally settled down.
