I think it’s mostly March to May for gopher babies, but warmer areas might see them earlier. Has anyone noticed if food availability affects their breeding?
Spring is the main season, but I swear I saw some tiny gophers in my yard last fall. Maybe they sneak in an extra litter if conditions are good? Tough little critters!
